    John,
    Nice? surgery and great restoration by Katherine! Looks like from extraction to completion of restoration was about 8mos. No membrane and obtained a lingual plate, no second stage surgery to uncover the implant (healing cap goes right on top), no sutures-what is this world coming to? Good work, we appreciate the videos.
